SUCTION MODULE

BLABO TANK CLEANING TECHNOLOGY

Start-up procedure

 Collection of cutter-stock of at least 10cm above the sludge.

 Power the suction module.

 Start up the vacuum pump to create suction from the tank and
monitor the high level sensor until steady on red.

 Clear all alarm of module failure until indicator turns green,

indicating module is ready.

 Ensure the discharge of the suction pump is in closed position.

 Open the discharge valve of the booster pump in the recirculation

module.

 Power the recirculation module and purge the panel with air.

 Activate the PLC to open all necessary valves of the booster pump.

 Ensure the oxygen level reading on the PLC is 8% or below.

 Start up the hydraulic unit in the recirculation unit and choose SNS to
be in operation either on auto-cycle or manual run.

 Start up the suction pump.

 Listen to the clicking sound and slowly open the discharge valve of
the suction pump.

 Monitor the discharge pressure of the suction pump to be at 5bar.
