Alhamdulillah, praise to Allah who give us chance to gather today in seminar proposal

Thank you to Mr. Budi as first supervisor, thank you to Mr. Dedi as second supervisor

Let me introduce my self, my name neng parida. NPM two one three double one zero
seven one.

Today i am presenting my proposal research with the title The Effect Of Walking To
Increase Sleep Quality for Elderly At Region Work Public Health Center In Central
Cigugur.

The purpose of research

1. General purpose ( tujuan umum )

To know about The Effect Of Walking To Increase Sleep Quality for Elderly At
Region Work Public Health Center In Central Cigugur.
2. Specific purpose
To determine the average quality of sleep in the elderly before and after walking
in control group and intervention groups

Chapter two

The effect of walking to elderly sleep quality

Walking will suppress central nervous function and then stimulate the hypothalamus
for stimulate the pineal gland. Then serotonin and melatonin which have functions for
relaxation are activated. After that, sleep quality will increase and the elderly can sleep
as well.
Chapter three

Research Design

Quasi Experimental With Non Equivalent Control Group Design is the research
method used to examine subjects consisting of intervention groups and control groups.
The researcher measured before and after the intervention.

Hypotesis

Ho: Walking does not affect sleep quality in the elderly

Ha: Walking has affects the quality of sleep in the elderly.

Variable (hapalin yang ada di ppt)

Population

All elderly at RW 9 in posbindu mawar public health center in central cigugur working
areas.

Sample

Researcher had use non probability sampling methode with purposive sampling

Processing & Data Analysis

In this research i have four step there are :

1. First : Editing
2. Second: Coding
3. Third: Entry data
4. Fourth: Cleaning

And for analysis data i have two methods there are univariate and bivariate analysis.

Research ethique

I have four ethiques for this research there are:

1. First : Respect to Human

2. Second: Respect to privacy subject
 3. Third: Right to justice
4. Fourth: Maleficent and Beneficent

Place and Time

I will doing the research at Region work public health center In central cigugur

Time : March until Mei twenty and nineteen.
