Title: 2-Bit Magnitude Comparator Circuit

II. Project Description
A magnitude comparator is a combinational circuit that compares two 2-bit
binary numbers and determines their relative magnitude. The comparison of two
numbers is an operator that determines one number is greater than, less than or equal
to the other number.
III. Objectives
 To compare a set of variables or unknown numbers.
 To determine the outcome of the comparator is specified by three binary
variables that indicate whether A>B, A=B, and A<B from the two 2-bit binary
numbers.
