Lampiran 5 : Pengujian hipotesis kerja

Untuk menguji hipotesis kerja, terlebih dahulu hipotesis kerja diubah

menjadi hipotesis statistik yaitu untuk melihat keberartian dari korelasi yang
diperoleh, sebagai berikut :

H0 : ρ = 0 Artinya, tidak terdapat korelasi antara Imunoekspresi TTF 1

dengan Gradasi Histopatologi KSSRM.

H1 : ρ ≠ 0 Artinya, terdapat korelasi antara Imunoekspresi TTF 1 dengan

Gradasi Histopatologi KSSRM.

 = 5%

Untuk menguji dilakukan analisis korelasi Rank Spearman, dengan uji

korelasinya menggunakan statistik uji t :
