    A public health emergency has been declared in Delhi by the Environment pollution authority due to
    non-tolerable levels of air pollution making Delhi a gas chamber.

    In the interest of health and safety of children, it has been decided to keep all the schools and colleges,
    in the NCT of Delhi closed till November 8, 2019 and also education minister decided to postpone all the
    schools and colleges exam till December.

    Official notice has been issued to all the schools and colleges.

    Directorate of education to issue necessary notification immediately and ensure due publicity is given
    for this.
