Standard: K.CC.B.6: Identify whether the number of objects in one group is greater than, less
than, or equal to the number of objects in another group, eg., by using matching and counting
strategies.
Objective: Students will be able to accurately recognize and identify equal numbers of objects
4 out of 5 times during the lesson.

Assessment plan: keep track of the students’ s ability to find a matching partner. The students
will write on their white boards a number that will be equal to that given by the teacher during
the story line.
