We Will Run Shear At The Lead Of 16 to 18 Percent And When we Are Cobbling Up Then
Again The Speed Will Come Down to Actual Speed Or Even Less And For the End cut It Will
Be 5 Percent Less Than The Linear Speed,

Arrange Our Structure so That It Will Act As A Mini Continuous Shear, We Will Remove Two

and Will Also Return In The Same Condition In Cobble Mode, There Will Be a Another Small

8) Last Pcs Optimization for the sizes are pending for All the Sizes We Have Observed Various
Problem in Case of The Last PCs So We Need the Better Last Pcs Optimization (IMPORTANT
AND CRITICAL WHICH WILL NOT ALLOW SMOOTH ROLLING)

9) The BTC Will Be A Real Time Component Which Will Be Added to The System After
Observing the Actual Condition of the Material the BTC RPM and BTC Time Both Will Be
Variable and Both Van Be Entered into The System Whenever We Are Enabling BTC in Case
of Disability It will Work with The Actual Condition.

10) Automation of the Complete Cooling Bed Must Be Cleared So That We Can Find Out the
Mechanical Issue and Also Find Out the Operational Issue and Jointly We All Remove All the
Error in the System

11) Time Delay Is Required for the Billet Charging roller Table as we Have Small Mounting
Gearbox Their Key Is Very Small 6 mm in Size and Chances Of there Failure Will be Very High
if there Is Less Time Delay Is Allowed
12) The Mechanism for Driving the CCM Roller Table and Billet transfer Skid Will Be Done with
the Station Positioned at Height at The Last Cornered Colum of the CCM, So All the
Necessary Arrangement must Be Made for the Smoother Operation of the Billet Handling
System.
13) The Interlocking of the Various Hydraulic System Need to Be Made for the Vertical Stands
Specially the Stands Pin
14) We Have Tried to Optimized the Space use So We Have Positioned Certain Things at The
Cornered and At the Last Edge of the Crane, Kindly Arrange Limit Switch in Such a Condition
that Safety of the Equipment is Also Maintained and Also the Healthy Operation is Also
Possible
15) Automation of the Mini Block (Accumulator Section), The Ball Valve at The Supply End of the
Accumulator play A Very Critical role, Because Of the Automation Issue There Are Suddenly
Closed and Get Opened, Which May Directly Result to failure of the Block,
16) Local Control Post Of Hydraulic Power Pack Have Different Connection Need to Be
Confirmed as Per the Actual Operation,
17) The Logic for the Control of the Billet Charging Roller Table Is Required on Urgent Basis, The
Transfer Chain Can Only Be Operated When the Material Touch The Stopper, And The Roller
Table Will Be Operated In Inching Mode, After Final Confirmation Only we Will Be Able to
Take Material Properly.
