    NOTE
     There is no registration fee, its free of charge for all the members of Sai deep 2 CHS.
     There are only 23 counters and will be allotted on 1 st come 1st basis.
     Food items / games to be at nominal charges, event is for entertainment and fun and not commercial.
     Every counter must have DISPLAY / MENU card with item mentioned and rates.
     It is mandatory to maintain cleanliness and assure garbage is dumped in dustbin.
     Each stall will have “L” shape table with 1 chair ( NO EXTRA CHAIRS )
     Special requirements such as electric supply or anything else to be mentioned above in remarks
    ( requirement to be fulfilled is not committed will try our best ).
     You are requested to submit the form if you think you will be able to do it because allotments of counter is
    time taking process and members after registration do not turn up on event day and deserving candidates
    are left out.
