AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

I, Jesus Marlin Dizon, Filipino, of legal age, residing at Magno St.

Novaliches Quezon City, after having been sworn into law do hereby depose and
state:

1. That I am a Plumber;
2. That I am not the same Jesus Dizon charged in the Metropolitan
Trial Court of Antipolo City, Branch 2, of Acts of Lasciviousness
with case number CC. 0552;
3. That I have no pending case whatsoever, whether criminal, civil,
labor or administrative within the territorial jurisdiction of the
Philippines or in any other country, for that matter;
4. That I am and have been a law abiding citizen since time
immemorial;
5. That considering my name is a common name, I am therefore
constrained to execute this sworn statement in order to put things in
proper order and perspective;
6. That the contents hereof are true and correct to the best of my
knowledge.
