Description of the incident:

Alleged taking of picture of Adrian’s behind (no taking of the whole body including the face) with
no permission by Marc Stephen Osorio. The so-called picture taken by the phone camera was later
copied by Ivan Troy Niangar, Lyster Gumia, and Moises Sasi. Adrian said that he was asleep during that
time and he has no idea about what his friends are doing to him.

The other involved explained that it was just a friendly prank since all of them are friends. They
later admitted it and promised to Rev. Fr. Palarca in front of the advisers that they will not do it again
and they will delete the picture on their phones.

Adrian decided to settle it with his friends and reminded them not to do it with him again or
with other people even if they consider it as their friend.

Grade 10 Retreat, St. Peter’s Room, St. Matthew boys’ quarters.

Notes/Recommendation/Actions:

Following the procedure of the grievance and discipline committee, the persons involved were
given counselling for their first offense by Rev. Fr. Nonie Palarca. They were given warning that if this
will happen again for the second time, their parents will be reprimanded and further sanctions will be
applied. Both parties agreed and case was settled.
