Reply from the client:

First I would appreciate your strategies suggested to overcome the current

situation, however will have a detailed discussion before coming to a solution for
the problem.

Alternatives like the additional time would be needed for backup, need for
extension of budget for the change which they don’t have, etc. has been clearly
mentioned in this email. I am really happy with your email and the earnest and
open communication can be observed in your words which I would respect the
most.
Extending the time period would cause serious consequences however under the
situations discussed by you as the lack of minimal backup plans would further
restrict the wide view, However not to worry I am here to create a strong winning
situation by going in for other alternatives like use of a bit expensive air freight
based carriers which could limit the income gained by you in this project. But I

promise lets share this and fight this together hopefully I would like to support
you further by lending our future projects if you can come out and compromise
in your earnings in this project as you are also to be equally blamed for the
current situation.

Conclusion:

Kim has effectively known the standards of communication and use of simple
and straightforward words has clearly communicated things to the clients.
