1. Why WBL important in your career development?

WBL itself act as the linking bridge that shorten the distance between student and
real industry. Opportunity and input gained through the WBL session will help
promote a better career growth and gain as much as possible knowledge that will
be essence for career improvement to another level.

2. What is the biggest impact of WBL on your career development?

Through WBL, the experience, networking and knowledge gained while in WBL
session will let student to have a improved work efficiency regarding to
respective fields, able to take on more demanding roles needed bt the industry
and importantly to become expert for the designated fields. By the time the
student started their career, they physically and mentally prepared and able to take
on any challenge that set-up by industry.

3. Is WBL useful for enhancing employability skills among students?

Yes. WBL can improve student employability skills. This programme is the real
deal where development of core skills such as ability to communicate well,
teamwork and thinking skill will be refined throughout the session. What I can
say is WBL is very important the keep the student & lectures on-track, aligned
and able meets the industrial requirement, and produce an employable graduate
that can lead the nation for a better Malaysia.
