Clairol “Does she or doesn”t

she?”
Сlairol is an American personal care-product divison of company
Cotry, specializing in hair coloring and hair care, that was begun in 1931
by Americans Gelb and her husband .The company was widely
recognized in its home country, the Uniaited States, for its “Miss
Clairol”home hair coloring kit introduced in 1956.By 1960 Clairol was
considered the leading company in the USA. The compaign was
apparently so successful that some states stopped requiring women to
denote hair color on their drivois license.Clairol did the opposite of what
most marketers would do.They didn”t want every woman on the street
running around saying they were using their product .They wanted
women to understand that their product was so good that people
wouldn”t be able to tell if they were using it or not.
“Does she...or doesn”t she?became an affective slogan within six years ,
70% of all adult women were coloring their hair and Clairols sales
increased fourfold .Sometimes, simply conveyning hawand why your
products works is enough for consumers.Showing becomes more
affective then telling.
The full slogan is”Does she color her hair,or doesn”t she?”This question
was aked by Pollykof to her soon about the true color of his girlfriends
hair.
I recommend this product to all the daring ladies, because this product
can be found in almost every store at an affordable price.
