Preventive activities to be conducted within the month.
Monthly report to be prepared and reviewed with partners/ and support vendors within 1st week of the following
month (handshaking on closure of snags identified in the PM)
Final review with Airtel OpCo operations Head, MSP and ND to be done in the second week of the month and
signed off
PM discussion in the Monthly Group Operations Review (PM Summary, Signoff, Snag list tracker)

Note:
-This is a monthly rolling tracker, and updates made for the month
- Snag list review will include planned actions for previous month for previous month and outcome, plus Snag list for the
current month in review / ownership and timelines
-Repot review with OpCo ND and MSP should (point 5) should be to for signing off the agreed actions, ownership and date
