5 lemons

7 oranges
3 l of water
3 kg of sugar
20 g citric acid

1. Wash the lemons and oranges well and soak them in baking soda for about
two hours to remove any impurities from the bark.
2. cut the fruit into slices and grind in a juicer.
3. Add suggar to the juice part. Add limuntus and water to the pulp part and
leave covered overnight.
4. Strain the pulp through gauze tomorrow and mix with the juice part. Stir well
to dissolve all the sugar. The syrup is done
5. Pour into clean clean bottles, and store in a cool place. The part can be poured
into plastic botles and then frozen. (if you plan to store it not frozen, add some
preservative)

Serving:
Serve diluted with plain or mineral water. About 5 liters of syrup are obtained
from this amount.
