II. Materials
1. 1 large glass/plastic jar or container with cover
2. 6-12 pcs duck/chicken eggs
3. 12 cups of water
4. 6 cups rock salt

III. Procedure
1. Wash the eggs thoroughly and dry.
2. Boil 6 cups salt with 12 cups water. Cool the mixture after boiling.
3. Carefully place the eggs in the jar or container.
4. Pour the brine solution into the jar or container. Weight down the eggs with something to
keep them from floating.
5. Cover the container with perforated cardboard. Keep it in a cool dry place for 12 days.
IV. Result
