Lairs and Legitimacy: A world of Villainous Heroism

The sprawling city of New York is infested. Heroes and the money men who back them control
the media, the politicians, and the will of the world itself, not for the good of all, but to enrich
themselves, both with new powers, and with all the trappings that power of any kind can bring.

Heroes can only rise by the will of the people, but when Heroes looking to monopolize the
power have control the media, they can strangle the new seeds before they can blossom. Those
who wish to change the world have only two options, fruitlessly fight to become a hero, or give
up on peaceful coexistance by taking on the role of a villain in order to steal enough power to
claim the title of hero through any means necessary. Can our would be heroes save the world
without losing themselves in the process?

Lairs and Legitimacy uses a simple mechanic of stat+power plus die.

Stats(No More than 10 points can be put into the three stats combined, no more than
5 in any one, and no less than 1 in each):
Body - Strength, Agility, Stamina
Mind - Knowledge, fast thinking, Technology
Soul - Magic, Interpersonal skills, luck

Powers(No more than 5 in any one):

BODY BASED POWERS


Super Strength- Add points in this to body when using strength
Super Agility- Add points in this to body when using agility
Super Speed- Add points in this to body when using speed
Super Stamina- Add points in this to body when using stamina

MIND BASED POWERS


Super Knowledge- Add points in this to mind when using Knowledge
Super fast thinking- Add points in this to mind when using fast thinking
Super Technology - For each dot in Super Tech, gain one dot in a power of your choice that
counts as a technological item that grants that power.

SOUL BASED POWERS


Super Magic- Add points in this to soul when using magic
Super Interpersonal Skills - Add points in this to soul when using interpersonal skills
Super luck - Add points of this to soul when using luck

MOVEMENT BASED POWERS


Teleportation
Flight

Combat based powers

Ensnare/Entangle
Blast
