Re : TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN

Dear Sir,

Good day!

This is traffic management plan for a safe travel of motorist this is the list for the plan:
1. We will provide barricades, and a traffic monitorer.
2. For our barricades we will put a distance of 1m minimum for the excavated part.
3. The traffic monitorer there will be assign during day and night time.
4. The motorist will use two lane when we start excavating the other half of the national road way.
5. In the evening the warning signal lights and light are provided to be visible for the motorist.
6. For our barricades we will put a distance of 1m minimum for the excavated part.

The last concrete pouring of the phase is on phase 3 we will wait for 10 days for the backfilling and 2 days
for backfilling and compacting. After backfilling and compacting we will start to break the national roadway
and start constructing the box culvert on the half of the roadway.
