All the designs, logos, brand names provided by the buyer are IP. The seller
may not reproduce replicas of designs, logos and brand provided by the buyer
to distribute in the local market or to export overseas. The above IP may not be
published or shared in websites, social media or other media.

QUALITY INSPECTIONS

The buyer has the right to perform quality inspections performed by a third party
company before, during and after the production. The inspections company has
the right to check product samples to verify the quality of the products.

ACCEPTED DEFECT RATE (ADR)*

Degree ADR Description
Minor 2% Minor scratches, dirt, …
Major 0.5% Issues that affect the quality and functionality of the
product.
Critical 0% The product is not functional, it is dangerous or can
not be imported to the country of destination.

*If the Defect Rate surpasses the ADR above especified, the seller agrees to
refund the equivalent amount of the defective units or remake the defective
units within te next XX days.
