BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
The researcher, Janice B. Del Rosario was born in July 5, 1986 at Pangobilian, Brooke’s Point,
Palawan. Her Father Bernardo F. Del Rosario, is a bisaya raised and born of Brooke’s Point,
Palawan and her mother Norma Borja is an Ilokana from Malihud, Bataraza, Palawan. Her
father is a farmer and at the same time a carpenter, her mother is an Overseas Filipino Worker
in Russia. She is a single mother with a daughter Jhanuery Del Rosario who is now 11 years old.
She finised her Elementary in PAngobilian Elementary School now named Rafael R.
Estiandan Elementary School and her secondary in Brooke’s Point National High School in the
same place. She took up her Bachelor degree in Elementary Education major in Mathematics in
Palawan State University in 2007. She was able to earned 21 units in Master of Education in
Supervision and Administration in Holy Trinity University but due to the distance of location
she was not able to pursue the studies in the Univesity.
Her first year of teaching was in Tatandayan Elementary School Imulnod Brooke’s Point
where she served as PARA Teacher for two years. 2015 she was given an opportunity to be part
of DEPED family as permanent in Linao Elementary School North Brooke’s Brooke’s Point.
And to continue her professional growth she decided to enrolled in Master of Educational
Management in Western University Philippines and now in God’s grace almost able to finished
the academic requirements of the course.
AKNOWLEDGEMENT
The researcher humbly honors and aknowledge God’s wisdom, protection and love which serve
as her armor in the journey. Her unending and cordial appreciation is also extended to the
following individuals:
To Professor Josephine Magay Salmo, her thesisadviser, for theinvaluable expertise and
guidance extended to produce this significance work;
To Dr. David R. Perez, Dean, College of Education for the support given to her to finish
this venture.
To her circle of good and loyal friends, Manilyn, Mayla and Genie-ann for their support
support and encouragement.
To her professor at the WPU Gradutae School and classmates in MEM, for the
knowledge and gained and the friendships she earned, you are all part of this journey;
Lastly, to her ever loyal family, her parents and her Unica Hija Jhanuery for their
greatest love and give her strength and courage.
With all their untiring support, she remains humble and gives all back the glory to her
