To Whom It May Concern

It is my pleasure to write this letter supporting Mr. Gyan Pratik, a very diligent and meticulous student for
the position of Alumni Affairs Secretary 2019-20. He has displayed a high degree of integrity,
responsibility and a conscientious attitude which makes him fit for the same.

I have had the pleasure of mentoring him for the past three years as a hostel warden as well as a faculty
member. As the Technical Secretary in the hostel council, he was instrumental in the astute technical
handling of various events organized throughout the calendar year.In addition to this, he was the
Academic Secretary in his third year and handled the job to perfection.

In addition to being academically inclined, he has also displayed an interest in event management. He was
an event organizer for Axis’19 and has also been a part of the debate and dramatics team of the
department. His leadership and oratory skills were also displayed when he led the department in the
annual rally competition under the ambit of Institute Gathering.

His varied qualities aforementioned and the leader inside him make him a perfect candidate for this post
and I belief that given this opportunity, he would prove to be an efficient and an important member of
the student council.
