STEP committee will give valuable experience of connecting with diverse international cultures, help me

strengthen my communication skills more, gather experience with new students. Apart from being on
student exchange program, it will be a great experience to help and guide the incoming students in our
country, so there experience is well and ultimately IIM Indore is globally recognized on a higher scale.
This kind of cross-cultural networking will give me different perspectives which helps a lot in the career,
considering the immense level of interconnectivity between nations and a large number of Global
Brands, where I get placed eventually.

First of all I will help the incoming student to calm down and assure him that he will get his luggage
soon, The International Relationships at IIM Indore will try to help the student in every possible way
they can. I will try to get his VISA and Airline ticket and then contact the respective career for the details
of baggage lost. In mean time I can help him get some interim luggage and daily essential items so that
he has a smooth time in campus.
