Profit
1. Management Fee is USD 3500+Tax /year, 3 years fee is charged at one time. The total amount $10,500 needs to be paid before opening of store.
2. Franchise Fee shall be paid in one-time and is non-refundable in any situation.
3. Compliance Deposit will be refunded after dissolution of contract. If the franchisee fails to strictly perform any obligations under MoU and/or franchise agreement, the
compliance deposit shall not be refunded to franchisee.
4. Franchisee is responsible for the shop rent, staff cost, utilities, tax, registration license fee, etc.
5. Prior to franchise agreement signing, Miniso Lifestyle Pakistan will assign professional team to conduct store profitability analysis at site. Franchisee will be responsible for
the team members’ travelling, accommodation, food & beverage expenses. Maximum 3 members will conduct store profitability analysis at site at one time.

6. Miniso Lifestyle Pakistan will design the shop at the cost of USD8/㎡. For each change to design, prompted by the franchisee, the full design cost will be charged again.
Franchisee authorizes Miniso Lifestyle Pakistan for renovation work including basic renovation, goods cabinet, goods shelf, accessories, etc. Fees for HAVC and fire control
etc. are not included in above mentioned price, if franchisee needs to purchase additional items from company, extra payment details will be provided.
7. Franchisees cannot renovate the shops on themselves, to maintain Miniso Lifestyle Pakistan’s renovation standard, they must use the vendor assigned to them by Miniso and
must use Miniso’s store design at the cost of USD8/㎡. Store will be only allowed to open officially only after passing the inspection examination from Miniso Lifestyle

8. Advance Basic Renovation Fee and Advance Goods Cabinets and Goods Shelves will be settled according to actual cost. The minimum amount per㎡ will have to be paid up
front in one go.
9. Franchisees must purchase all goods from Miniso Lifestyle Pakistan. It is strictly prohibited to sell any products other than Miniso product, and is considered a violation of
the MOU and franchise agreement. The minimum amount per㎡ will have to paid up front in one go.
10. Franchisee is responsible for hiring staff (according to Miniso Lifestyle Pakistan’s standard), the cost for hiring process and staff salary. Miniso Lifestyle Pakistan will
arrange training according to franchisee’s requirements. (Payable). All store managers directly report to both Miniso Lifestyle’s area managers and franchisee.
11. Franchisees are not allowed to change product price and start any promotion without the approval from the company. Franchisee must participate in the promotion activities
planned by Miniso Lifestyle Pakistan.
12. Equipment that franchisee will have to purchase or get directly through the vendor include Router, Mouse, TP-Link Exchange (8 sockets), scanner, 3-meter patch cable, 1.5-
meter patch cable, VGA5M patch cable, VGA1.5M patch cable, VGA switcher, camera with power adapter, DVR main Engine, Video connector, 8 inch 60W sound, 6 inch
30W sound, Power amplifier, Wireless microphone, Wi-Fi, Computer system, U.P.S, Cash machine & Locker.
13. Within 5 working days of signing of the MOU, the franchisee has to ensure payment of the following; Management Fee, Franchise Fee and Compliance Deposit.
14. Franchisee will also have to arrange the Telephone set for his franchise.
15. The Franchisee needs to finalize a location within 30 days of signing the MOU, otherwise the location will be open to other franchise customers.
* Shop condition: Area: Minimum of 150/㎡to 300/㎡; shop front width: 6m above; Location: Mainstream commercial area (Shopping malls and commercial markets).
