Cians Analytics is a leading provider of advanced analytics, business intelligence, and research support for organizations
across the globe.

The idea for Cians Analytics stemmed from the demand for a “Version 2.0” model, i.e., high-end services (including consulting
and financial modeling support) for financial institutions across the globe. After successfully implementing the “2.0” model
with investment banking, PE, and hedge fund clients, Cians has continued to evolve the KPO model to a “Version 3.0” by
leveraging various technological tools to automate and further improve processes in an integrated manner. Today, we
continue to provide our clients with sophisticated, high-value traditional financial research support, and find ourselves on
the forefront of the secular shift to data-driven solutions as we grow our technology-enabled services for our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct Research on Sectors or Companies:
o Analyze industries using secondary research
o Generate research/analytical reports and presentations on the industry
• Create Company Profiles and Industry Snapshots
o Source and interpret company information from a variety of data sources
o Create high-quality documents using the data
• Synthesize Data into Presentations
o Capture information in a summary form that clients use to arrive at key decisions
o Examples would include sector overviews and pitch books

• Maintain Financial Models

o Maintain financial models related to valuation, corporate finance, and business analysis
o Analyze companies or industries from a financial modeling perspective

• Data Analytics
o Identifying inconsistencies, and getting them fixed
o Identifying compelling web-based sources
o Downloading and database support, working with vendors to onboard large datasets

Educational Qualifications: MBA (Finance)

Relevant Experience: Fresher
