Minutes of the Meeting

The regular meeting of the McDobee Food Inc. was held on Friday September 27,
2019 at 11:27 a.m. at the Speech Laboratory of the McDobee Food Inc. Bldg. Located at
the N. Bacalso Ave., Cebu City. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company was
the chair and the Secretary was present.

The Secretary reported proposal in the company which concerning on the new
food product to boost sales of their Food Inc. The chair addressed to the staffs to present
their new food product. The new food product proposal was Fries Buwad was proposed
by (Ms.Velayo), Ginamos soup was proposed by (Mr. Detua), And Siopao Hipon
proposed by (Mr.Barbatchano).

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) shared to the meeting about the possible cause
of the increase of sales of the new food product proposal. By researching and gathering
information about how the sales will increase from January to August reportedly If the
new product will be release there will be 85% possibility that the new product will boost
the sales of the McDobee Food Inc. and by having the funds of 1.5M for their
advertisement.

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) suggested to list down the price of the new
food product proposal. Fries Buwad price is 70 pesos and can be sold for 89 pesos.
Ginamos Soup price is 80 pesos and can be sold for 99 pesos. Siopao Hipon price is 75
pesos and can be sold for 89 pesos. The CEO tell the team to have a roll-call vote since
it only need one new product per year.

At the conclusion, the CEO agreed upon to Ms.Velayo (Fries Buwad) since it has
the low price and people can manage to buy and also win the roll-call vote for today’s
meeting. The CEO, see some solutions to current problem of the company out of
Ms.Velayo’s proposal.
