believe my education at Fanshawe, taking Business Payroll and Bookkeeping has prepared me to
assist your company. I also have 7 years of customer service skills, that will make me an

I have some office experience as you can see from my resume attached. I have worked in a motel
office and at VON Canada as an administrative assistant, during my college work-placement.
Given the chance, I believe that I will be an asset in your office. My work experience and
educational program have given me the following skills: accounting, preparing documents,
understanding the fundamentals of businesses, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Accuro.
In viewing my e-portfolio, I have added some examples of my work, while in college. These
examples will show my document formatting, research, team work, and medical terminology
knowledge that I have learned throughout my college experience. I have also included my
college transcript for my completed course, I managed to make it on the President’s List because
of my excellent grades. You will find that I always come prepared, with a great attitude and I am
excited to learn new skills and be a positive part of your office.
My career goal is to work in a medical office, as an administrative assistant, and completing
payroll and billing for the department. This will combine my favourite things in life, helping
