     Demolishing & Relocation Works for any existing MEP Services
     Arch.Louvers in Generator room
     GRP kiosk & GRP enclosures for Supply Fans & Penstock
     All Ladders , gratings, Chequered Plates & platforms (Including SS ladders & platforms inside
    dry & wet well)
     All Civil and Builders works
     Core drilling & Slab penetration
     External works
     Concrete supports for Pipes & Equipment
     Authority Approvals by MC

    Qualifications

    GENERAL

     DLP 1 year. Operation and Maintenance not considered.


     As there is not specified vendors for HVAC in Revised Specification-R1,Our price is based on
    using any DM approved Vendors / Makes, as per DM general manufacturers list, from any of
    their manufacturing facilities available worldwide
     We have considered FAT only for the following MEP items
    a) Chillers
    b) AHU
    c) Dry-pit Pump
    d) Transformer
    e) MV Panels
    f) Generator
    g) MV-VFD
    h) UPS
    i) LV Panel

    ELECTRICAL

     We have considered only provision for integeration with existing Central SCADA System.
     We have considered GSM based RTUs for external networks.
     In absence of Cable Cellar containment details we have considered allowance for Cable trays.
     Power provision for external Flow Meter RTUs considered with in 100m from the Flowmeter
    chamber
     Network Switches for Telecoms.

    HVAC

     Chillers shall be direct driven chillers in lieu of gear driven type.


    PLUMBING

     Valve Chambers (Complete with Valves, interconnecting Pipes & Accessories - Isolation Valve
    Chambers - 19 nos, Air Valve Chamber - 65 nos, Washout Valve Chamber - 41 no, Future
    Connection Chamber - 31 nos)
