    Abderrahmane Farah is a miracle child from Biskra. He had 9


    years old when he was crowned with the title of the youngest child
    Hafiz of the Qur'an, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
    With the presence of Prince, Khalid Al Faisal, the ceremony is
    organized by the International Organization for the Preservation of the
    Holy Quran.
    A child who delayed his speech until his second year, Today he
    memorizes the Qur'an by heart.
    He went several programs, including the Knights of the Quran in
    Ramadan 2009.
