Albani’s stature in the study of hadith manuscripts has been proven by the publication of 224
titles produced from data he had recorded from the manuscripts. Furthermore, research done in
more than 60 years have enabled him to find several priceless manuscripts which have never
been discovered by famous figures in manuscript studies such as Karl Brockleman and Fuad
Sezgin. Al-Albani has left behind a rich heritage treasury for the muslim world.
