PayPal Invoicing Instructions

PLEASE SUBMIT ALL INVOICES IMMEDIATELY AFTER COMPLETION OF A TRANSLATION OR INTERPRETATION PROJECT.

Please note:
- PayPal charges you a convenience fee when you receive your money. This fee is your responsibility. We do not
reimburse you for their fee.
- We have a reputation for making quick payments. However, our standard payment time is 1- 15 days after
receipt of your invoice. Kindly only send reminders if 15 days have passed and you have not been paid.

INTERPRETERS: PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SUBMIT THE "FINISHED INTERPRETATION FORM" FOUND ONLINE AT
http://daytranslations.com/finishedinterpretation PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR INVOICE. PLEASE ALWAYS ADD THE PROJECT
NAME AND REFERENCE NUMBER IN YOUR REPORT AND YOUR INVOICE.

How to submit an invoice through PayPal:


1. Sign in to your PayPal account and click on the Request Money tab.
2. Click on Create an Invoice below the tab region, next to create a money request. If this is the first time you are creating an
invoice select the New Invoice option as a template
3. Fill out the necessary fields and under recipients email type: invoices@daytranslations.com
a. Enter the rate, word count, and project description in the appropriate fields. Make sure to always include the reference
name/number which are included on the subject line of each assignment email.
b. Click on continue and submit your invoice.

IMPORTANT:

- If you invoice through someone else’s account, please add your full name and email in the notes section.
- If you have a rate such as 0.035 and PayPal does not let you add the 3 rd decimal, please add the total under Unit Price,
Quantity = 1 and then in the notes or description field, add the correct breakdown (word count x rate per word = total).
- If you are going to invoice for several projects under one invoice, please add each one on separate lines. Always include
the project name-reference number in the description field. These are provided on the subject line of every assignment
email.
- Do not send reminders unless 15 days have passed and your invoice has not been paid.
- We do not pay PayPal fees and we are not affiliated to PayPal. If you need help with your withdrawals or account, kindly
contact PayPal directly.

PayPal is the fastest and most secure way to receive payments from us. Please follow the above steps as this invoicing method
makes the payment for this project run smoothly and allows us to handle the many projects that we receive in a timely manner
allowing us to give you many more projects. Remember that all invoices must be submitted to invoices@daytranslations.com to
assure payment. Please do not send invoices to contact@daytranslations.com.
