Evaluation Period
The following period is covered in this report: Last week (Mon Aug 25 00:00:00 CEST 2014 --> Sun Aug 31 23:59:59 CEST 2014)
This represents a 24h 7 days by 7 period. No time shifts nor scheduled downtimes have been applied.
Introduction
This report gives an overview of the Infrastructure service delivered for the NMIV (Network Movement Integrated View)
environment. The current measurement scope is the following (indicated as "Measured"):
The "data quality" indicators reveal how many percent of the actual required data points have been collected & used in the calculations.
A data quality of 100% means that we have all data points for the actual reporting period. As such it is possible to have a 100% URL
availability, LanPing, Oracle Connection and Transaction with a data quality of les than 100% since we calculate by using the available
data points. Remark that this "data quality" indication is not available for the UPTIME metric as no data received means a server that
was down.
Percentages Overview
The availability color indication is based on the SLA's as defined between the parties being: [ <=99.99% red ,>99.99%=green ]. This
means that for the requested reporting period we will check if the URL availability, LanPing, Oracle Connection, Oracle Transaction &
Uptime has been fine for the by SLA defined percentage of time.
This represents the availability of the NMIV URL (http://www.creative-associates.be) referred as "port" in the schema above.
UPTIME
The servers involved for "HTTP" are HQ DC "http1" & http2". If one server of these two remains UP the cluster will not show any
downtime.
The servers involved for "WEBLOGIC" are HQ DC "webl1, webl2" & B3 DC "webl3, webl4 ". If one server of these four remains UP
the cluster will not show any downtime.
The servers involved for "ORACLE" are HQ DC "ora1" & ora2". If one server of these two remains UP the cluster will not show any
downtime.
Data quality: HTTP HQ DC (81.62 %) & HTTP B3 DC (81.33 %). If one server of these two is unreachable the cluster will not show
any downtime.
Data quality: WEBLOGIC 1 & 2 HQ DC (81.62 %, 81.62 %) and WEBLOGIC 1 & 2 B3 DC (81.62 %, 81.62 %). If one server of
these four is unreachable the cluster will not show any downtime.
Data quality: ORACLE HQ DC (81.62 %), ORACLE B3 DC (81.62 %) and ORACLE PKG (81.62 %). We do not calculate a cluster
reachability in this case as we list the test to the Oracle NMIV package which runs on one of the two servers.
ORACLE
Data quality: oracle connection (81.75 %), oracle transaction (81.75 %).
Detailed Overview
URL NMIV Status
Remark: The "red" color means that the URL (https://nmiv.dhl.com) is down, "green" we get a response and "white" a period where the
collection engine itself was out.
Uptime
Remark: The "red" color means that a server and (or) cluster is 'down'. A 'green' indication reveals that it is running fine. The cluster is
'up' when one server remains running. Here we do not have a 'white' indication since a 'data gap' represents a 'down' period.

LAN Reachability
Remark: The "red" color means that the server and (or) cluster is unreachable by LAN. When 'green' we can reach it. The cluster is
reachable when one server replies fine. "white" indicates a period where the collection engine itself was out.

ORACLE - Package
ORACLE Status
Remark: The "red" color means a failing ORACLE NMIV database connection and (or) transaction. When 'green' it operates normally.
Missing data is represented with a 'white' color.
