 Global SCM Simulation game

1. Play in teams of 2 or 3; I will circulate to find out

what the teams are.
2. All students should be pre-registered for the game
3. Take your time playing. This is worth 15% of your
grade, and you can finish outside of class if
necessary
4. I will circulate around class if you have any
questions
5. Recall that you are playing against the computer,
not against other teams
6. There is not really a Bullwhip Effect to worry about
in this game
7. There is a lot of data here to analyze via Excel;
Sport Obermeyer stuff should come in handy
8. Try to write informative comments about why you
made your decisions as you go along; this will help
me grade your game report
9. Have fun playing the game!
