Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that Ms. KEJRIWAL VIDHI ARUN (Passport No. M8121948 issued on
17/04/2015 valid till 16/04/2025). Partner of M/s. KEJRIWAL EXPORTS having their office at
120, Shivkrupa Industrial Estate, L.B.S. Marg, Vikhroli (W), Mumbai – 400083, is visiting Italy for
participating in Expo Riva Schuh, Riva del Garda, Italy to be held from June 10 to 13, 2017. She
is carrying with her 300 odds samples of Leather Footwear of No Commercial Value as per their
attested invoice attached herewith, for display in their stand for obtaining export orders and
thereafter she will be bringing back the aforesaid samples to India.

M/s. Kejriwal Exports are registered with us under registration No. CLE/REGN/WR/LF/75078.
We shall be highly obliged if you please allow the samples to be taken duty free both at the time
of departure from India and arrival into India as per customs instruction No. 495/2/2011-Cus VI
dated 5th April 2011 and DGFT Notification No. 45 (RE-2010)/2009-14 dated 3rd May 2011
amending Para 2.31 of FTP2009-14, as amended.
