that we need to upgrade. Worry no more, as we discover a convenient way of
inspection process, as we propose the X-ray baggage scanner, as an upgrade to the

most importantly in the school. As a student, it is important to know that you have a
safety surroundings because it makes you feel more comfortable and we believe it will
result to a more friendly learning environment. The School administration, students and

Argumentative:

The School administration, students and parents must consider X-ray baggage
scanner for the school in replacement of hand wands to screen student’s bags at school
entrances. Many school or universities had implemented this security system approach
like in New York city. As to example, in line to the vision and mission of Far eastern
University, that aims to be a private university of choice in Asia. This upgrade will be a
great help to achieve its goals. On the other hand, some believe that when x-ray
baggage scanner machine will be built, the guards will totally be replaced and
eventually lose their jobs. However, the main point of proposing this X-ray baggage
machine is to help the guards to manage the safety and security of the school. In a
positive aspect, this proposal will lessen the work loads of guards and will increase their
productivity by means of learning the use of technology.

The bags of the students will pass through x-ray scanners at the security checkpoint,
while checked baggage passes through x-ray or CT (Computed Tomography) scanners
in secured areas of the school. The x-rays in these scanners are used to create pictures
of what is inside the bags, and it will be monitored also by the guards. So, practically
speaking, Upgrading is a “win-win” process not just for the students or the
administration but also to the staffs specifically the guards. Moreover, there are also
basic financial costs to account for when purchasing this security system to keep
schools safe;

1. The cost of X-ray baggage scanners to detect weapons and contraband within
bags and backpacks.
2. The cost of maintaining these machines over time and of replacement at the end
of their service life.
3. Most importantly, the cost of hiring and properly training school security guards to
operate the equipment, screen for hazards, and manage the flow of students so
that they enter safely and on time.

However, I believe that if you invest to a long-term investment the money and efforts
you do will surely be worth it.
