i. Size

Most of our products are available in Small, Medium, and Large size. A few items are available in only one or
two sizes. Please read the item description carefully before ordering. Using a weapon not made for your size
category is difficult, and may be dangerous to you and others around you. Armour must be made for your size
category or it will not fit properly. Some armour and most clothing must be made to precise measurements
made by a qualified tailor and submitted to Perwinkle's along with your order. If you are of an especially tiny or
huge size category, or if you have extra limbs or unusual proportions, please let us know and we may be able
to order your item at a custom fit.

ii. Weight

The weight listed for each product is for that product at medium size. The weight of your product will be less
if ordered to a small size and more if ordered to a large size. For precise weights please contact a Periwinkle's
representative for more information.

iii. Proficiency

Please ensure that you have the right training to use the product you intend to use. Using an item without
proper training can be dangerous to you and others around you. If you are unsure of weather you will be able
to use an item ably, please consult with a class trainer or weapons master.

iv. Durability

All of our items are made to exacting specifications and must pass rigorous quality tests before we feature
them in our catalogue. However, some items are naturally fragile (such as potions) as a result of their
construction and not from poor workmanship. Most of our items are of a "superb" durability. This means that,
according to our tests, these items are of good construction and are exceptionally sturdy for their type. Items
with "solid", "average", or "fragile" durability should be treated with the appropriate care.

v. Liability

Periwinkle's cannot be liable for injury or death that is due to (a) improper use of an item (b) use of certain
dangerous items which may cause injury as a matter of course (c) using an item without proper training or (d)
using an item that was not designed for the user. There are many risks incidental to the use of our products
and to the adventuring profession. The consumer must assume all of these risks with the purchase and use of
the item.

vi. Guarantee

Periwinkle's gaurantees each of our products to operate at the specified standards in each product's
description. If you find that an item does not meet or exceed your expectations, you may return the product
or the unused portion of the product to a Periwinkle's location for a replacement or a full refund, minus
shipping charges and subject to a 5% restocking fee. This gaurantee applies to all products herein listed, except
for single-use items such as potions. If you are at all unsatisfied with your product, we want to know and we
