INTRODUCTION
The study aims at building a computerized of the inventory and monitoring system that
would be more effective and efficient than the existing manual.
In Hand of God Tailoring, they manually list their name, time in and their time out. and
also their weekly record, input the daily record of an employee. now a day, technology is
rapidly improving, computers are commonly use specially in some business. However,
some users are not typically having knowledge about in computer. But now technology
improve the system to make users can easily access or operate. In this study we want to
develop a new system in Hand of God Tailoring Record Keeping System that will help
them to minimize the time in manual recording in their business and avoid the wrong
information in their clients and also keep the record safe and secure for the sake of the
clients. Inventory and Montoring System will solve these problems and automate the tailor
shop.
SCOPE AND DELIMITATION
We conduct our study in Hands of God Tailoring. We just include the owner and
employee/staff each parties of a company because that is require respondents that we
need. We choose the employee/staff and owner of a company because our respondents
had an experience when it comes in strategies of company.
The study of Tailoring Management System, the delimitation for owner and
employee/staff it maintains the client’s information and generating various reports about
tailor shop. The main user of project are client and system administrator. To enables
customers to check the status of their garments. The system provides information about
the cost. The fabric type the customers want his/her dress knit from the duration a
customer wants to dress finished.
Record Keeping has many problems which should be considered and solution
proffered. These problems are seen in the keeping of records like Salary, and the
records of the product that they do, the rate at which paper work accumulate every
working days throws many heads into confusion as to how to deal with
them.
a. Lack of storage and equipment. when these records are not properly store
because they use manual and it result misplacement and loss of some essential
records.
The proposed Inventory and Monitoring System will eliminate all this manual
intervention and increase thae speed of whole process and the system also
provide information about the cost of each garment. This data will be stored in
