MOTION TO WITHDRAW COMPLAINT

The PARTIES unto this Honorable Office respectfully move that the
proceedings in the above-entitled case be suspended on the basis of the reply letter
dated July 08, 2019 of Philippine Telegraph & Telephone Corp. Legal Council and
Representative Atty. Renato M. Lee, as agreed upon by the complainant. (see annex
“A”)
