RATIONALE:

The Federation of Student Councils of BiPSU, Inc., in partnership of Center for Biliran
Province Studies, University Media Information Office, and The Molder Publication as the
vanguard of spearheading students’ activities has been in its best foot forward in creating different
activities for our stakeholders in this institution. Indeed, the semester opens a lot of opportunities for
academic and co-curricular undertakings; hence, the said organizations aspire and wish to reward
and recognize all deserving students when it comes to their performance in line with their position as
a student leader.

The Search for Outstanding Student Leaders and School Organization of the Year is
one of the new created activities of the university in recognizing our deserving student leaders and
good performing school organizations in the campus. This is the first time that the university will hold
this type of activities which help in motivating our student leaders in performing such invaluable
service towards his/her college and as well as to the university itself.

Hence, the FSC of BiPSU, Inc. would like to spearhead this wonderful activity to maintain
and sustain the good service of our student leaders and organizations by giving them merits for their
invaluable service rendered to the progress of our institution. With this activity, our student leaders will
be motivated and inspired to do more in promoting good leadership and good services not only to all
the students but, also to the university as a whole.

TITLE : 1ST SEARCH FOR OUTSTANDING STUDENT LEADERS

AND SCHOOL ORGANIZATIONS OF THE YEAR

PROPONENT : Federation of Student Councils, Inc.

The Federation, as stipulated in the CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS OF (FSC),

some of its major goals are as follows:

- Design, initiate and carry our programs, activities and seminars for academic
advancements, social awareness and direct participation for the common good;
- Formulate student-related programs and projects as the contrary to the development and
progress of the University.

OBJECTIVES:

1. To give merits to our student leaders and school organizations for their invaluable service
rendered to our students and to the university;
2. To provide an avenue for the students to be recognized and to be an inspiration to others;
3. To highlight the first Outstanding Student Leaders and School Organizations of this
university for this year 2019-2020.

METHODOLOGY:

1. The chairperson, together with the co-chairpersons convenes for the deliberation of the
details of the activity to be conducted.
2. The body agreed on the said event and on other things that are bundled herewith.
3. A proposal is formulated for the approval of the said activity.
4. Consultation among the members of the organizing team is done for the success of the
said endeavour.
5. Debriefing will be done to evaluate the conduct of the activity to make out its strengths
and weaknesses.
