Disbursement application form which may be submitted filling all the columns
Original demand letter from builder duly mentioning final balance payable to
builder/seller (if all the payment made then NO DUE CERTIFICATE TO BE SUBMITTED)
Letter to effect that the construction of flat is completed and ready to occupy
Copy of sale agreement to verify the payment of stamp duty and registration charges as
per your agreement or government value. (Whichever is higher).
(REGISTRATION VALUE 6.6% + MOD Charges. 0.1% & 0.2% of loan value all DD/BC
favoring “THE SUB-REGISTER”
All original receipts/copy of receipts for the payment made to builder by borrower &
bank to be submitted which should tally with the project value
Copy of TDS challan where registration value exceeds Rs.50.00 lakhs to be submitted
If POA is involved it should be as per bank format and procedure (duly adjudicated)
Registration appointment may be obtained 7 days in advance
