comprehensively for the market value covering fire, flood, etc… in the joint name of
bank and the borrower cost should be borne by you

REGISTRATION FORMALITIES

 Disbursement application form which may be submitted filling all the columns
 Original demand letter from builder duly mentioning final balance payable to
builder/seller (if all the payment made then NO DUE CERTIFICATE TO BE SUBMITTED)
 Letter to effect that the construction of flat is completed and ready to occupy
 Copy of sale agreement to verify the payment of stamp duty and registration charges as
per your agreement or government value. (Whichever is higher).
 (REGISTRATION VALUE 6.6% + MOD Charges. 0.1% & 0.2% of loan value all DD/BC
favoring “THE SUB-REGISTER”
 All original receipts/copy of receipts for the payment made to builder by borrower &
bank to be submitted which should tally with the project value
 Copy of TDS challan where registration value exceeds Rs.50.00 lakhs to be submitted
 If POA is involved it should be as per bank format and procedure (duly adjudicated)
 Registration appointment may be obtained 7 days in advance
