INQUIRY (5E) LESSON PLAN TEMPLATE

Teachers: Kelsey Giles Subject: English Grade: 9/10th

 9-10. RL. 3 Analyze how complex characters develop over the course of a text, interact with other
characters, and advance the plot or develop the theme
Objective (Explicit):
 Students will be encouraged to make reading more fun and interactive so, it doesn’t feel like a chore.
Evidence of Mastery (Measurable):
 Include a copy of the lesson assessment.
 Provide exemplar student responses with the level of detail you expect to see.
 Assign value to each portion of the response

This assignment will be measured by submissions and daily journal entries; this will end with a presentation about their character chosen.

With us being in the 21st century, technology (phones and laptops) will be used as well as social media in order to modernize literature.
