that are:
• Due
• Past Due
• Approved
• Interim Approved

Click the part number to

access the part record.

• Click on Deliverables
• Scroll down to the required Deliverables, indicated by a “Date Required:”
• Click on the upload icon .
• Click on the Browse button to find the file, then Click Add File.
• This will attach the file to the record.
• When the file has been uploaded, the Counter will change from 0/0 to 0/1

all required
documents

• Repeat this process for all required documents indicated by a “Date Required”)
• When all required documents have been uploaded, click Save.
• Saving periodically ensures you are saving your work as you progress.
• Click on Homepage on the red menu bar to get back to the part search, and repeat from
page 2 for additional parts.
