Abucay, Bataan is free from any swine diseases based on the inspection conducted by this
office this 16th day of September, 2019, and that their eight (8) swine heads are safe for
shipment or for slaughter purposes.
This certification is being issued to Mrs. Soriano, for whatever legal purpose it may
serve.
