Seller hereby warrants to Buyer that Seller is the owner of the Vehicle, Seller has the legal right to sell
Vehicle, Vehicle is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, and Vehicle is not the subject of a
hire purchase agreement. Seller also warrants that:

While Vehicle was in Seller’s possession, Seller hereby warrants that the Vehicle’s odometer was not
altered or disconnected and that to the best of Seller’s knowledge, the odometer reading above:

Buyer hereby agrees to dispatch Vehicle’s Registration Document to DVLA shortly after execution of
this Agreement, informing the DVLA of Buyer’s ownership of Vehicle.
