AN AGREEMENT

This agreement is made on this day 16th of April, 2020

Between
MR. EGWU KELECHI J. (Seller) of Road 16 Rumuokwurusi, Pipeline,
Port Harcourt. Rivers State
And
MR. CHIMA WOGU (Buyer) of No. 10b Atali, Form Estate, Port
Harcourt, Rivers State.

Do hereby sale my Direct Belgium Toyota Vitz car, Ash colour with the
following means of identification.
CHASSIS NO.: SCP90-5054931
ENGINE NO.: 2SZ-FE
That the said car mentioned above is sold for the sum of One Million, Six
Hundred Thousand Naira only (N1,600,000.00) to Mr. Chima Wogu with
the following conditions:

(1) To accept two times payment, 1st payment of One Million, Two
Hundred Thousand Naira only (N1,200,000.00), already paid.

(2) To accept the second payment of N400,000.00 only. As soon as

his RX 300 Lexus is sold.

NOTE OF ADDITIONAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN

MR. CHIMA WOGU AND MR. EGWU KELECHI J.
1. I Mr. Chima Wogu do hereby gave Mr. Egwu Kelechi J. the right /
authority to sale my used RX 300 Lexus at the sum of N850,000
(Eight Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira only to enable me (Mr.
Chima Wogu) clear up my outstanding balance of N400,000.00
only with Mr. Egwu Kelechi J.
2. That as soon as the said Car RX300 Lexis is been sold that Mr.
Egwu Kelechi J. should return the balance of N450,000.00 only to
Mr. Chima Wogu either in cash or transfer.
