Dear Sir,
Re: Deposit of Cost as directed by the Hon’ble Bombay
High Court vide order dated 01.10.2019

As per Directions of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court vide order dated
01.10.2019 passed in Criminal Application No. 534 of 2019, the Applicant, Mr.
Atul Patel was directed to deposit cost in the name of the ‘Police Welfare
Fund’ within a period of 4 weeks from date of the order. Hereto annexed and
marked is a copy of the order dated 01.10.2019 as Annexure “A”.

As per the said order, the same was to be paid within a period of 4 weeks from
the date of the order which came to be expired on 28.10.2019. The captioned
matter was mentioned on 28.10.2019 and extension was granted by the Hon’ble
Bombay High Court on 28.10.2019 to deposit cost for a further period of 2
weeks. Hereto annexed and marked is a copy of the order dated 28.10.2019 as
Annexure “B”.

In view of the aforesaid directions, be pleased to accept the Demand Draft in

favour of the ‘Director General of Police’.
