Abstract:

For the past few years, social networks have been gaining popularity because of their potential and business
growth. It generally consists of unstructured data. Most of the companies use this data for better understanding
of consumers and to increase their market and improve their brand. Vast volume of data in social networks is
used to mine critical data for strategic decision making. This work done evaluation of popular food brands
based on a given stream of customer tweets on Twitter. Several metrics related to clustering and classification
of data were used for analysis. Machine learning algorithm is used to analyse and define the positive and
negative tweets. The Analysis part involves technical and business perspectives of text mining analysis of
Twitter data and recommends appropriate future opportunities in developing this emerging field.
