THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT WE, THE UNDERSIGNED SHIP & MARINE SURVEYORS, did,
at the request of M/s. J. M. Baxi & Co., Paradip, the owner’s agents of the vessel, vide their
telephonic message, dated 17th September, 2019 and with the knowledge & consent of the
Master of the vessel attend on board, M.V. “VISHVA MALHAR”, while she lay safely afloat &
secured to her starboard side alongside at berth, MPB, Paradip on 18 th September, 2019 and
thereafter to carry out a bunker survey in order to ascertain the quantity of bunkers remain
on board the vessel.

We now report as-under:

AA. Soon after berthing of the vessel, we boarded the vessel at 1130 hrs on 18th September,
2019 & met the Master & Chief Engineer of the vessel respectively. We informed them
about our assignment & scope of work and thereafter carried out a “Bunker Survey”.

CC. BUNKER SURVEY ON BOARD:

The bunker survey was carried out on board the vessel on 18 th September, 2019 along
with the Chief Engineer. We, in conjunction with the vessel’s Chief Engineer and 3 rd
Engineer, recorded the soundings of all the Fuel and Gas Oil tanks & densities recorded
from load port bunker receipts, we calculated the quantities of Fuel Oil & Marine Gas Oil
on board at 1330 hours local time on 18th September, 2019. Our findings were as
follows:

Draught: Forward / 12.35 M; Aft. / 12.46 M; Trim: 0.11 M by Stem; List: Nil.
