INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF SURVEY

This is to certify that we, M/s. ‘Nouri Alwan Marine Surveyors & Consultancy’,
acting upon instructions received from M/s. ‘Mutual Marine Services Al Mushtaraka’
on behalf of M/s. ‘Afribulk Navigation Private Limited’ as Charterers, the undersigned
surveyor attend on board the M.V ‘Kirwan’ at berth no. 17, Umm Qasr port, Iraq on 5th
March 2023, in order to verify the quantity of consumables on board at the time of our
survey and estimate the quantities at the time of DLOSP, Umm Qasr, Iraq (Off-Hire
Redelivery place), on the basis of vessel's average consumption in port and during
maneuvering, as provided by the ship’s staff.

VESSEL DESCRIPTION

The M.V ‘Kirwan’ was seen to be an all-welded steel constructed geared bulk carrier,
having bulbous bow, raised forecastle deck and transom stern. The vessel has 5 cargo
holds served with hydraulically operated high-stowed folding type double skinned hatch
covers, all situated forward of the accommodation, engine and navigation spaces. The
vessel has 4 deck cranes of SWL 35.0 MT each, fitted at centreline of the vessel.

NARRATIVE OF REPORT

We were requested to attend on board the M.V ‘Kirwan’ at berth no. 17, Umm Qasr port,
Iraq on 5th March 2023, in order to verify the quantity of consumables on board at the
time of our survey and estimate the quantities at the time of DLOSP, Umm Qasr, Iraq
(Off-Hire Redelivery place), on the basis of vessel's average consumption in port and
during maneuvering, as provided by the ship’s staff.

SURVEY ON BOARD THE VESSEL

1. The undernamed surveyor attended on board the M.V ‘Kirwan’ at berth no. 17,
Umm Qasr port, Iraq on 5th March 2023, in order to verify the quantity of
consumables on board at the time of our survey and estimate the quantities at the
time of DLOSP, Umm Qasr, Iraq (Off-Hire Redelivery place), on the basis of
vessel's average consumption in port and during maneuvering, as provided by the
ship’s staff.

2. Our surveyor boarded the vessel during the early morning of 5th March 2023 and
Low Sulphur Fuel Oil and Low Sulphur Marine Gas Oil tanks were gauged in
company of ship’s staff. The ship’s bunker figures were calculated in accordance
with the bunker tables provided by the vessel, after required allowance for ship’s
trim, temperature, volume and weight correction factors. The quantity of bunkers
remaining on board at the time of our survey at 0230 hrs LT on the 5th March 2023
were verified and agreed with the ship's staff to be as follows:
Low Sulphur Fuel Oil : 801.436 MT
Low Sulphur Marine Gas Oil : 116.016 MT

3. Based on the foregoing and the vessel’s average daily consumption in port and
during the manoeuvring, as provided by ship's staff, the following quantities of
bunkers were estimated to be on board at the time of vessel’s Redelivery to the
Owners at mutually agreed place of Dropping Last Outward Sea Pilot at Umm Qasr
Port, Iraq (Off-Hire Redelivery time). For further details, please refer to a copy of
‘Certificate of Off-Hire Bunker Quantity’ and ‘Bunker Calculation Sheet’ attached
herewith for your reference.

4. The actual time of DLOSP, Umm Qasr, Iraq (Position of Re-Delivery: 29-44.48 N /
048-36.99 E) was later reported by the Master to be 2036 hrs LT on the 5th March
2023. The following quantities were declared by the Master to be on board at the
time of redelivery of the vessel. For further details, please refer to a copy of Master’s
E-mail dated 7th March 2023, attached herewith for your reference.

Low Sulphur Fuel Oil : 793.260 MT

Low Sulphur Marine Gas Oil : 115.970 MT
