Answers of the research questions:

1. What proportion of the respondents are female?

Ans. Gender distribution of the respondents:

Gender is a qualitative variable. To see the distribution of gender
So we go for Analyze--- then--- Descriptive statistics----then-- Frequency

Gender of Frequency Percent Valid Cumulative

Respondents Percent Percent
Female 18 30.5 30.5 30.5
Male 41 69.5 69.5 100.0
Total 59 100.0 100.0

The table shows that 30.5% respondents are female. So that 18 female employees are working at
the organization.

2. What proportion of the respondent’s educational background are Masters?

Ans. Distribution of the respondents according to the educational background.

Educational Frequency Percent Valid Percent Cumulative

background Percent

Higher 18 30.5 30.5 32.2

Masters 40 67.8 67.8 100.0

Total 59 100.0 100.0

Educational background is a qualitative variable. To see the distribution of educational

background at first, we see
Analyze--- then--- Descriptive statistics----then—Frequency
According to the educational background 67.8% employees of the organization are master
degree holder.

3. What is the average year of job experience of male and female employees?

Ans. Distribution of job experience of male and female employee:

 Then option to---mean

Gender Mean years N Std.

of experience Deviation
Female 13.22 18 7.464
Male 23.35 40 8.997
Total 20.21 58 9.713

The table shows that the average years of job experience of male is 23.35 and female is
13.22 years. Here we observe in the study that male are more experienced than female.

5. How many organizations are served on an average by the respondents under the study?
Ans: Distribution of respondents those are served on organizations before
Analyze--- then--- Descriptive statistics----then—Frequency

served on Frequency Percent Valid Percent Cumulative

No 11 18.6 18.6 18.6
Yes 48 81.4 81.4 100.0
Total 59 100.0 100.0

The above table shows that, 48 employees are served on organization before. But 11
employees do not serve any organization before.

At the study it is seen that 48 employees are served on an average 2.63 organizations
before.
The respondents are served on minimum 1 and maximum 7 organizations before and they
Served on an average less than 3 organization before.

6. How dispersed the respondents ages are?

Ans. To see the distribution of respondents age , at first we should know the mean ,minimum,
maximum and missing values. Age is a quatitative variable.

So Analyze Descriptive statistics Descriptive---option ---mean,

The average age of employees is 46.11 years, minimum age 5 and maximum
age 65 years. Missing value is 5.so that the dispers of the age of respondants is 46.11±10.630

Recoding the age into 7 groups. It is done by Transform recode into different variables
