You must be aware that the issue of stray Animals is becoming a big problem in the entire state Day
by Day.

Now because of the heavy rains in the state and due to heavy water logging every where animals
have no choice but to come on the streets. This is causing many accidents and deaths on the
streets.

I had written to you in past after which you had taken a decision and many Go-shalas were made
across the state but problem could not be solved. May be concerned officials were not using their
basic intelligence and inner drive to find out the permanent solution to this issue during the
construction & management of the Go-shalas.

I request you to kindly work for a permanent solution for this problem in the interest of the State.
These Go-shalas should be linked to the nearby famous places of worship in every Development
Block Or Gram Panchayat and planning should be made for the entire year. These places should be
linked to the Spiritual Tourism Map of the State. We have to involve the people in a big way and
make it into a movement. Corporates and CSR has to be added to this.

These places have to be linked with the AYUSH centres as Cow has a big role in Ayurveda, Yoga
and Naturopathy Centres.

These places should be linked to the Akharas/ Gymnasium/ Sports in the Block, all this has to
become revenue generating to make it sustainable.

We are willing to partner in this project to make it permanently viable under your guidance. Please

We can keep on working on more and more ideas to solve the problem and make it into an
Entrepreneurship opportunity and create Jobs.

We are working on the "Spiritual Dimension of the Sustainable Development", it is the only solution
for all these problems.
